By accessing or using X Formation ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including coaches, club administrators, and any other individuals who access the service.

X Formation provides tools for football training management, tactical planning, and team coordination. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

X Formation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of X Formation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without prior written permission from X Formation.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Platform, such as training plans, player data, or tactical diagrams. By submitting content, you grant X Formation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Formation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

X Formation does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

X Formation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
